Originally brought to the U.S. from Ukraine, this heirloom Turkey Red Wheat has played a key role in developing many modern wheat varieties. Grown on our certified organic and regenerative farm, it is milled with care at Deep Roots Milling in Woodson’s Mill, Virginia, using their historic 250-year-old water-powered stone mill.
