This wheat variety, originally brought from Ukraine to the U.S., has been instrumental in developing many modern wheat types. Our heirloom Turkey Red Wheat is grown on our organic and regenerative farm and stone-milled with care just 45 minutes from the farm at Patapsco Grist and Mill.
